Q. How do I know what ProMotoFan Fantasy Series I am Registered for?

A. First, you must be logged in with a valid Username and Password. Then, click on Register for a Series. The available Series are listed here with a box to the left of each Series name/title. If you have succesfully Registered for a Series, there will be a check mark in the box and the box will be grayed out and no longer "active" for additional registrations associated with this users email address.

Q. I Registered and paid for a Pay to Play Series, but the box does not have a check mark and is not grayed out; why?

A. This can happen from time to time as a function of our payment process provider (Pay Pal) for reasons outside of our control. Not to worry however! Simply send us an email at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it to notify us of the issue. With that, we can verify your registration and payment in our system and then activate your series registration so you can play the game. We will send you an email to let you know when you have been activated.

Q.  I registered for a series, can I see my username in the Overall Results? 

A. Yes, If this is the first time you have registered for a series AND you have not submitted picks before, then your username will only be listed in the Round Standings leader board for the next coming round. After you have submitted picks and the round has been updated with results, you will now be listed in both the Class and Series Standings going forward, as well as, the Round Standings for the most recent round completed.

Q. What if I submitted my picks after the lockout time?

A. This should not happen because we will close the round at the lockout time and the round will not be available in the round menu to submit picks. If it is found that a user is attempting to make picks during the lockout time/procedure, then the user will be bumped out of the system and such picks will not be confirmed as a valid and/or eligible entry. It is the users responsibility to submit picks BEFORE the lockout time, no exceptions.

Q. Can I register for more than one Series at a time?

A. Sure! Please know however, that you can only register for a series one time using the same username and email address that you used to create an account. If you have multiple email addresses, you can create multiple accounts and thus register multiple times for a series. More chances to make picks and win!

Q. Can I edit my picks before a round starts and the lockout time?

A. Of course! When you submit your picks, you will be asked to confirm them before entering them into the system. When you confirm your picks, these are recorded as your most recent picks. When you select a round that already has confirmed picks, those picks will reappear and you can edit them as you wish and you will then be directed to confirm your picks once again. ONLY your most recent confirmed picks will be considred a valid entry.

Q. What if I only submitted picks for one Class?

A. OK, but remember that a round and series is scored for both classes combined. Therefore, your chances of winning that round are not that good. But, your class score will still be added to the Class Standings for the class that picks were submitted for.

Q. What if I did not submit picks for all 10 positions?

A. OK, but remember that you will receive zero points for any position that does not have a listed rider and/or is left blank.

Q. What if I forgot my Username or Password?

A. Look under the login area, and you will see a link for Forgot Username? and Forgot Password? Click on the one you need and follow the directions. Worst case scenario, email us your request at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it

Q. How or where do I see my Picks and scoring for a Round after results have been posted?

A. Great question. When you click on a round under the Round Standings you will see your round standing. Under this table, you will see text that reads "Click Here to review Your Picks". This is a link that will show you all the details of your picks and scoring for that round only.
